Ordering Official Transcripts

If you received your award from the year 2000 onwards, you can order an official transcript at a cost of £25 by visiting our Online Store.  You can purchase as many official copies as you like.  A fully completed application will take approximately 10-20 working days to be processed but may take longer during some busy periods.  We can also provide certified copies of an original, which we would then stamp and sign.

If you were awarded between 1996 and 2000, the information to be able to produce a transcript is not always available from the system, but it is worth checking with us.  You can do this by emailing awards@hud.ac.uk.  If the information is not available, there is the option to purchase a letter of confirmation, where we can confirm this in writing if this is needed to satisfy a third party.

When placing your order for a transcript, to comply with data protection legislation all applications must be accompanied by a valid form of identity (eg. a copy of your passport, driving licence, birth certificate, etc.).  If your name has changed, we will also require proof of your name at the time of award (eg. birth or marriage certificate).  Please note that we can only issue documents in the name that you were awarded.  Applications received without proof of identity after 10 working days will not be processed and your money will be refunded (less an admin charge).

If you have any outstanding course fees in relation to a completed award no official documents can be produced.
